2. The Anatomy of a High: Why Do You Feel Great After a Workshop?
Most people return from expensive seminars in absolute ecstasy. They are searching for confirmation that this is a Kundalini energy awakening, and they are completely convinced that they have achieved miraculous enlightenment. In reality, they fell into a purely biological trap:
